Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CoachWork, a product of LeverageOps LLC ("CoachWork," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information. CoachWork is intended for use in the United States.

1. Information We Collect

Account and coach profile data: name, email address, business or brand name, phone number, training locations, payout handles you choose to enter, profile photo, account settings, and subscription status.

Coaching and client data: player names, age or date-of-birth-derived age, parent or guardian contact information, session records, notes, payment status, training reports, booking requests, approval or decline details, and related scheduling information.

SMS consent data: phone numbers, opt-in status, consent source, consent timestamp, consent language, and first-message timestamp for coaches and parents or guardians.

Payment and billing data: subscription plan, billing interval, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, trial status, and billing status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and do not pass through CoachWork servers.

Technical data: log data, device/browser information, authentication/session data, security events, and usage information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide CoachWork, manage accounts, process subscriptions, support scheduling and booking workflows, send transactional SMS and email messages, generate and deliver training reports, sync with connected calendars, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the service.

3. SMS Privacy

CoachWork sends transactional SMS messages only, such as scheduling reminders, booking confirmations, booking notifications, session updates, and report links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact coachworkapp@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data will not be sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share SMS-related data with service providers only as needed to deliver messages, maintain consent records, comply with messaging rules, prevent abuse, or operate CoachWork.

4. Children's Data

CoachWork is used by coaches to manage information about players, including minors. Coaches are responsible for obtaining any required parent or guardian consent before entering, storing, or sharing a minor's information through CoachWork. Parents or guardians may contact the coach or CoachWork to request access, correction, or deletion of information about their child.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate CoachWork, including Supabase for hosting, database, authentication, and storage; Stripe for subscriptions and billing; Twilio for SMS delivery; Google for calendar sync when connected; email providers for service emails; and AI/report drafting providers for report generation. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. AI and Report Generation

When a coach generates report content, relevant session notes, player information, ratings, and coach-provided details may be sent to an AI/report drafting provider to create draft text. Coaches should review generated content before sharing it.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information while an account is active and as needed to provide CoachWork, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or certain data by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for billing, security, legal, or compliance purposes.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should use strong credentials and protect your account access.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may update account and coach profile information in the service. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or more information about certain personal information. To make a request, contact coachworkapp@gmail.com.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating the date on this page.
